Important note:

Cumbuco still keeps its rustic feature of a small fishermen village. Infrastructural conditions like basic sanitation (potable water) is not available. The supply of water comes from wells. Nevertheless, with the growth of the real estate market, the government promises to play its role by providing basic service of sanitation in a near future.
